Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM 400. For orders under RM 400 and international or expedited orders, shipping rates will be calculated based on your destination.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, except for personalized or custom-made items. Processing times for these products vary and are specified below.

Same Day Delivery During Ramadan Month:
For express/same day delivery (via GrabExpress or Lalamove), place your order before 6pm, and it will be shipped on the same day. If placed after 6pm, it will be shipped the following day.
Same Day Delivery Every Other Month:
For express/same day delivery (via GrabExpress or Lalamove), place your order before 2pm from Wednesday to Sunday (excluding holidays), and it will be shipped on the same day. If placed after 2pm, it will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).
Please note that orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will be processed on the next day. Please also be aware that we do not ship on Monday and Tuesday, as those are our designated days off (except during the Ramadan season, where we are open every day).

Please note that our same day delivery service is fulfilled by GrabExpress or Lalamove and this is only exclusive to shoppers who live in Klang Valley. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2 – 4 hours.
To receive your items the same day, place your order before 2pm from Wednesday to Sunday (excluding holidays), and it will be shipped on the same day. If placed after 2pm, it will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays). However, our cut off time during Ramadan season is before 6pm, and it will be shipped on the same day. If placed after 6pm, it will be shipped the following day.
To choose this option, before you check out online, just select Same Day Delivery as your preferred delivery option. We can only deliver within a 35km radius of our boutique in Sri Rampai, so this option will be made available to you during checkout if your shipping location is within the coverage.
As such, the charges come at a small fee, and it will be added as shipping fee on top of your subtotal.
Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive push notifications via WhatsApp and we also send updates on your order status via email.

Yes, we ship to select countries in Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Brunei - simply enter your destination country during check out. Wan Syai is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Yes, we are able to change the shipping destination on an order prior to it being shipped. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, we suggest reaching out to the shipping provider directly to make any updates to your address. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any inaccuracies in the address provided at checkout.
At this time it is not possible to combine separate orders to ship together.
Payment, Promos & Gifting
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and MyDebit, as well as various E-wallets such as AliPay, Boost, GrabPay, MCash, MAE, NETS, Setel, Shopee Pay, TouchnGo ewallet, and UnionPay. You can also choose to pay in installments with Atome or PayLater by Grab. All of these payment options are processed through iPay88, so simply click to complete your payment through iPay88 and you'll be directed to your preferred method. If you are using a Wan Syai gift card, the funds will be deducted from your balance at the time of purchase.
If you are having trouble placing an order due to a declined card, it is possible that the billing address you entered does not match the one connected to your card. Double check the correctness of the billing address and attempt the transaction again. If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to the credit card's issuing bank for assistance.
Simply enter it into the designated box labeled "Promo Code" during the checkout process. You may either type or paste the code into the box, then click "Apply" to redeem. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
Order Issues
Once your purchase has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Yes, we are able to cancel or modify your order prior to shipment. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund minus a 3% transaction fee. Contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
If you encounter any damaged or missing items, please contact us via email at writeto.wansyai@gmail.com or through WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the event that your package is missing, please follow these steps:
1. Check with your neighbours
2. Contact the courier who was responsible for shipping your order
3. Get in touch with us via email at writeto.wansyai@gmail.com or on WhatsApp as soon as you discover that your items are missing.
Please report any lost or stolen shipments within 2 days from the marked delivery date. Please note that if an order is lost after being shipped to a third-party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility for the package once it has been marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for that particular package.
It is important to note that Wan Syai is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Make sure your zip code on your credit card details matches the zip code in your billing address. For security reasons, these two zip codes will need to match for your bank to process the transaction and submit the order.

Return & Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for different item(s) purchased etc. changing of colours/designs, but we do offer exchanges in the case of a wrong size being bought. For further assistance, please feel free to contact us via email at writeto.wansyai@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost and 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Accessories such as set of five buttons cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible.
Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs and 30% restocking fee as soon as possible.
